Wood Effect Coating Unit

With coming new generation of innovations in the aluminum industry, the end of wood usage is happening all over the world. This innovation souvenir is creating beautiful and eye-catching designs of natural wood on aluminum, so that the attention of the whole range of architects, engineers and builders are absorbed. The Decoral system or wood effect on aluminum, are durable, affordable and an idea to implement traditional structures in the building industry. In this process, after substructure process, the profiles are painted with a special paint which is the first layer and the metal surface coat then they are prepared for the Decoral operation after curing in the electrostatic furnace. At this point, after inserting the special film, the profiles are located on Decoral table and after suctioning and vacuuming the film, by placing it in the oven at a temperature of about 200 to 220°C for a period of 180 seconds this process is completed which after removing the profiles from the furnace and separating the films, the beautiful colors of the wood effect are drawn on the aluminum profile surface. Color non-changing by sunlight and resistance to atmospheric agents make it usable in exterior and interior sight. It should be explained that the consuming films at the Alstar Industrial Complex are purchased from two major Italian companies (Memphis) and (Miroglio) which have 20 years warranty.
